Personal Development Plan 

Strengths:

 

  1. Positivity

    1. To practice having a positive mindset throughout each and every day and to help project that positivity to those around me.

    2. To help encourage those around me to have the most positive mindset that they can to help keep their days moving in the most positive and efficient manner, and hope that they will help encourage those around them to also be positive.

  2. Giving

    1. To help others and offer help or assistance in any way I can that might help them or their situation if it is doable to help on my end.

    2. To try to be as generous as I can when the situation deems it, and to help encourage others to give and help others when they can, kind of like paying it forward.

      1. Giving in a genuine sense, not looking for it in return or expecting anything of it.

 

Opportunities:

 

  1. Patience

    1. Work to practice patience in all aspects of my life -- personal and social-- when completing tasks, especially regarding others.

    2. Work to have a greater understanding that not everyone will work and understand things the way that I do, and that I need to practice patience and understanding that everyone will get to the same page eventually it just might take different amount of time or strategies to get there.

  2. Commitment

    1. Practice making small commitments in my everyday life, revolving around school and friends, and stick to these commitments, whether it be completing all my homework or maintaining my plans with friends.

    2. Work on making larger commitments from my practice with the smaller. Focus on differentiating what needs to be prioritized and only committing to the things that are of the utmost importance to me, not committing to too much -- being able to say no when needed.
